Catherine,
I have found a clinic in Torrance California that specializes in CFID and FM. There is a reason for these illness and a treatment to get your life back. I have entered the website. The clinic is call the Holforf Medical group. Dr. Holtorf himself had CFID in medical school and research it in order to help himself. He has now devoted his time and medical background to help others. He has a wealth of information on his site. It is not all in your head as all the doctors have told me. It is in your blood. I’m not sure if this image is yours (January 12, 2008, Healthy Living, its a girl jumping at the beach?) but I’m working on a website for a Non-Profit Health Expo in Bangkok, Thailand happening next month at the MBK Center Mall. We were wondering if we could use this image of yours? I found it from your site, I’m not sure if you are the original copyright holder or not?

Hi Nicole. No, it’s not an original image of mine. I believe it was something I found on Google or it may have been something that was purchased for me from another company I blogged for at the time. Sorry I can’t be of more help.

Exercise is a great help for example I play Golf regularly, I know most people say golf is not exercise, then why do I feel like I’ve just walked over 5 miles carrying a heavy golf bag? I believe that playing golf weekly I keep in shape and I feel fitter for it.
