The only moment in which we can truly be happy, is the present moment. The only moment that we have control of, is the present moment. So let go of the negative thoughts, and be happy now! Because if not now, then when?

This is the only part of this article that \i had a problem with because it sounds a bit like a lecture. | don't tend to look at things that way. As someone who is trying to live in the moment and trying to be positive and healthy in the moment, I try to see each moment as new and creating from itself. It is a new moment. It is a new moment to find peace and to live. Each moment is a moment to wholeness a chance to find our way.I think many of us get bogged down in the past trying to unravel but I try to see this as the first moment where all healing and wellness is. There happiness and peace I want are those that come from making decisions that are supported by the universe and something much greater than me...because from a heart and feeling level I have done the right thing and it is confirmed by the universe and the people around me.
