Like any other kind of investment ,investing in yourself now demands a little of your resource .Some people wait until they are ill to make an attempt to restore their health but is much easier on your body and cheaper too to simply prevent yourself from getting sick in the first phase.

I vote for “All for the above”. Although I do agree parents’ role on solving this problem may take 50%. Parents should help kids to form a healthy eating habit from their early childhood.
