If you’re trying to avoid sugar, you may find yourself turning to products with artificial sweeteners, like aspartame. But, there has long been controversy over the safety of aspartame, and there are still many more questions than answers.
I’m not sure aspartame is as bad as some believe, but, I also don’t think that it’s 100% safe. Personally, I haven’t cut artificial sweeteners totally out of my diet, but I do try to use them in moderation. Here is a look at what other women are writing about aspartame.

To eat the candy, or not to eat the candy? That is the question.
Halloween is a tough time for anyone trying to avoid sugar and weight gain. My weaknesses are frozen Snickers and M&Ms. It’s going to be hard, but I am going to try my best not to eat any Halloween candy this year. I know moderation is best…But, once I start eating the candy, I can’t stop. So, I’m making a Halloween Resolution this year, to not eat any candy at all.

Is it possible to save on the grocery bill, and still eat healthy? Well, it’s not easy. Stretching a dollar is getting harder and harder to do these days. But, we can’t give up on eating healthy, the alternative could be much more costly. I find that buying frozen food is very helpful, and I don’t have to worry about it going bad if I don’t eat it in a day or two. I can get frozen fruits, vegetables, and even salmon, for a reasonable price. I also try to go to the supermarket with a list, and only buy the foods that are on sale. And, when frozen food is on sale, I always stock up.
